Are there any of you developer out there using Atom 😉 instead of notepad ++ or sublime, you could try the grammar feature of "language-scb" pkg, it is published on Atom.io and the repository is @ https://github.com/ASRA-arcinfo/language-scb , feel free to FORK the repository and edit as you like, an autocomplete feature is in the making. :woohoo:
