Hello,

is there a way to set the alarm level of a variable permanently via Scada basic?
Which means, the level should remain even after PcVue is restarted?

I found the KB article 672 that says, I can do this by checking the "saved" option in the variable, but I don't get the desired result.

Does somebody have a hint for me?

Thanks a lot!

BR,
Daniel

Daniel,

Did you try executing VARIABLE("SAVE") instruction after?

Hi Nico,
the "problem" is resolved.
Apparently my test project was a little bit broken. I set up a new one and the setting of the alarm level with the saved option worked, even without SAVE instruction.
The level remained after a restart of PcVue.

Anyway, thanks a lot!

But shouldn't the new alarm level be visible in the properties of the respective variable??

BR,
Daniel
