Hi Brice,

The Server is also the archive server ?
If yes, I think that the user logon and logoff are local so it can't be record on the server.

I not sure that my explanation is the good one, I suggest you to make a little platform with one server (archive server also) and one client.

If it works like this, may be you can use extended attribute on a bit in order to put user name and record it.

Hello Romain,

It's a workaround but not a real solution. It's not the same recording filter, not the same color in the logviewer, same problem about extraction.

other idea ? Is it a specific parameter ?

Hi,

Log On and Log Off from other PcVue stations are logged in the archive server.
It should be so in HDS and depending on the option in other format (Anthony sreenshot)
If not, a SPR has to be declared.

Hello all,

On site, I fix the problem by opening the 1981 port !!!!
Firewall of all stations was disabled except the client station where the problem occured.

It's strange because acknowledgments and commands were recorded...

Interesting!
It is maybe a Firewall vulnerability ^^
