Hi,
I got one issue from customer. They found some data files are missing in TH. like h0000000-h0000078 then h0000302-h0000403.
In pcvue , only the data from h0000302-h0000403.can be read.
Besides that, they have another disk keeping backup datas. So they found parts of files h0000164-h0000294 in that disk. (They didn't use archive backup function in pcvue.)
Is there anyway can help to recover these data?
I have tried to rename index of file. but not working.

Hi Lily,

The proprietary format archiving is very specific. You cannot copy/paste some files and expect PcVue will recover the records, because the data and timestamp seem consistent.
Renaming the files will not do better.
The key point is the summary file. The mechanism is tied to summary file and hxxx files (data + index)
The first thing to double check would be the integrity of the summary file with a tool.

It would be better having a discussion for that.
