I don't think so.

What is the context? When it appears?
Is it related to VBA?

No specific context, at mimic open, and customer says that he don't have VBA code.

I would suggest to reinstall the PcVue version.
What did the customer do prior to this error appearing? Did he install another software? etc... I would look into that area first.

Customer make a reinstall of PcVue, since I don't have any feedback.

I he give me some news I will inform you.
