Customer is asking a question:
Pcvue ver 8.0
OS:Win Server 2003 r2
They are asking advice on what causes the occasional shutdown of the servers at one of their sites. The error "WATCHDOG, No response from process 5" always appear before it shutdown on both servers. Attached below are the C folder and log files of both servers. They are in operational redundancy. Hello,
The process 5 means variable manager of PcVue (you can see that in C:ARC InformatiquePcVueXXEtcstart.dat).
That's to say the source of the problem comes from variable manager.
Other thing that you can do is to ask to your Customer to disable LON trace (from communication configuration) because it pollutes traces.
