Cimway cannot run

hello,

In a redundant architecture, the cimway cannot start ,and the error info screenshot and log are below. We started this project many times, but in BINlog files folder,there's no new trace file created.
(PcVue Version: both 10.0 sp1 16041 and sp2 25000 are same),

Anyone knows why?

Hi Mark

At startup pcvue copy the cimway DLL to TMP directory but in your case it is not possible.

Perhaps the DLL is already present or user access right are not sufficient.

Yes I think it's a user right issue.
Typically you setup PcVue using an account (like administrator) and then you are starting PcVue with another one.
To solve this issue you must configure the read/write user rights to the PcVue folder.
