Hello all,

a customer is using LON with Echelon OpenLNS 4.0.

On Startup, the error:
"Could not get Subscription-answer, Timeout 30s" occurs.
Checking the status of network, node, the status is: "connected".
All variables are "NS-COM".
Writing the variables, following error occur:
"16194, Error "18411" occurred on LNS/xx/xx/xx, (Subsystem: Data Server, #411)"

I tried to enable all traces: nothing happened. No additional traces.
I tried to start PcVue in -LNSDEBUG mode. but the promised dump-file was not created.
I also tried to find, where the status-values, described in "LonWorks network Tips and tuning" should appear, but without success.
And last but not least, in the same help-category, is described, that in a file called "LNSOBJRF.HLP" is the description of all error-codes for LNS. But again, I was not able to finde this file, whether on my nor on the customer host.
I never used Lon, so I don´t know how and where to start.

Could anybody help me?

Hello,

Do you have Lon equipement on your network?

Witch lonworks configurator(NL220, Open LNS CT) do you use? Can you see node online in this tools?

"LNSOBJRF.HLP" is only compatible with windows XP.
