Hello, We received this request from a customer. Does somebody had already an experience? We got a request to send an Alarm message to WhatsApp. If you have a case study or an idea, could you share with us? I found the following API, is it available to integrate to PcVue? https://www.twilio.com/en-us/messaging/channels/whatsapp Nico

Hello Nico,

I have never tested this as well, but I saw that Whatsapp have their own API, but it is available only for business API.

From the above link, I also found below service that provides somewhat like an alert :
https://www.messengerpeople.com/energy-industry-messaging-customer-service/ (see use case #2). This service also apparently comes with free trial. Only thing I am not sure is ability to integrate automate message sending using 3rd party codes like C#.
