PcVue crash when config the protocol

This customer develop the private protocol through protocol tookit, but they find that the pcvue crash when config the protocol sometimes. please find the enclosed log files. who can find the reason?

I think only Manu Duval can help you.
But, by experience, I can tell you the crash probably occurs in the customer's code...

Hello

As Nico said the crash is more than likely due to the customer code.
It looks like a point is used but it is not initialized.

The customer will investigate the topic further.
