failed to open Application Explorer on XP,Win7

hello all,

one of my customer failed to launch Applciation Explorer on his windows xp(Chinese,32bits)and windows 7(Chinese, 64bits). when he click "Application Explorer", he can see "loading" dialog, and disappeared in 1 second later, then no AE open.

but he can open all others such as: Application Architect, variable tree...

he tried to delect the file "AIExplorerConfig.xml", and restart PcVue, he still has the problem. 🙁
