Hi,

I have set "number of login attempts" setting to 2. According to Pcvue Help, after two failed login the particular user should get blocked or deactivated. But the user is not getting deactivated after two failed login attempts. I can log in with the same user in the third attempt with a correct password.

PcVue Version : 15.0.0-milestone004[31131]

Hello,

If the profile's level is 0 (admin) then this is the normal behavior. Admin users are never locked.
