The client explains us and shows via team viewer that with the OPC OFS server if it wants timestamp from the source, it must subscribe a group named ##TSEventsGroup##. It works with a classic OPC client.
Unfortunately, the # and the length are not possible in PcVue.

If you remove the option General Settings / Compatibility / Enable syntax check in edit fields
you will be able creating a group with the # character.
