Hi ,
I have got feedback from customer. they use siemens PLC as UA server. But all string type and real type (not array) can't read by PCvue through UA gateway.
In mapping dialog, the icon is question mark. eventviewer shows :xxx(tagname): property not defined.
But if using kepware connect to PLC, can see the value, and data type is : sting or real.
Is there somewhere a trick in UA gateway setting or in pcvue?

Hi Lily,
First, you can try to activate this option in the Gateway Administration.
Else, it is necessary to map manually.

Hi Anthony,
Thank you for your reply. But this option is alreaday clicked. Otherwise, there is no sub folder showing in browsing tree.
The variable is manually mapped ,and quality is NSCOM.
And we tried Server Advanced property Server Type: OPC 2.0,
Browser server address space : Browse standard properties / Browser additional properties.
All not helpful.
Is there anything we can do ?
