Creation of empty files

Hi,
a customer has the problem with the data export module that about 2 out of 10 times the excel files that are generated are empty.
It is always the same configuration.
This happens with SCADA Basic and via the editor in the AIE as well.

Update from right now: The customer created a new Logpage and first everything worked fine. Then he restarted PcVue and the the empty files were created again. He reproduced this for a few times.

Unfortunately I cannot reproduce this issue. Did anybody have such a behavior as well?

UPDATE: I finally reproduced the issue. When the checkbox "create statistics sheet" in the general logpage properties is un-ticked, the export creates empty excel files.
But this is only the case when PcVue is restarted after the checkbox is un-ticked.

Bug or Design?
