Hello all,

following snippet can be found in the help:

Configuring alternative folders

The default folder used for both the generated Excel files, and any Excel templates to be used, is USRDataExports where is the name of the project. You can specify alternative folders using either an absolute or relative path (to the project folder).

I am wondering now, what happens if I will use it on a client-station. What is the station-context here? The server, the historical server or the client, where I click.

Any ideas?

Hi Johannes,

Data export engine run on client side "where you click" and ask data to historical manager (set as server). All the data are consolidate and export on client side.

NB: if you developpe a project on your computer, take care about absolute path.
