Missing data when exporting

Hello,

A customer has the following issue with the data export tool (translation from French of a part of his e-mail):
"One of my customers has an issue with the Data Export tool of PcVue 11. He does an export request but the data exported don't include the ones from the first days. If he reduces the export time span then all the data are correctly exported. We are suspecting a memory limit or a some sort of mechanism that would be out of the exportation possible range."

I understand that the end of his last sentence doesn't make much sense but beside that, do we know of any limits regarding the data export tool? Does anybody encounter a similar problem?

Hello,

Which version is used by your customer (exactly) ?
Does he use proprietary or database archive unit ?

There are a lot of fixed SPR about these problems (SPR 59625, 59656, 59247) I advice you to update the version.

Yep.
By the way it should be good to know if the missing data is on trends or logs, what are the parameters of the bad and good request (start/end/sampling/...)

Also, I recommend you read the document "ITM 2014 - Training - Data Exports.pptx" I did this year for ITM as according the situation you thing the export is wrong but, actually, it's not...
Look the slides 21, 22, 24, 26-31 for trends and 32-34 for logs
