Hello!
I'm the first that inaugurate this section of the support forum! 👿

A little premise: I never used DataVue before :silly: :silly:

I have a customer that need DataVue for extracting datas from proprietary archive units done in PcVue 9.0

It works, but when I'm going to execute a "predefinied query" I have an error "Invalid start time format".

Do you know where I am wrong?

Thankyou!!

I think the problem comes from the hour format. Try to use ":" instead of "."

PERFECT!!!

It works, it's necessary to modify the International Options in Windows for using : as time separator (is not possible to modify directly in DataVue because the setting is immediately overwritten).

Thank you very much Florent!
