1. If it is using HDS archives
2. If it is using its own archives

Dream Report supports UTC time format when working with HDS history in both HDS driver as well as in ODBC – PcVue Structure.
Internal Dream Report History uses UTC timestamps starting from DR v 4.
As UTC time is used the daylight saving managed automatically…
