Format for dates in EXCEL reports

There is often an issue regarding format of timestamp in EXCEL if you want to display in "French" format, DD/MM/YY or DD/MM/YYYY.

This issue should not append if EXCEL is not installed on the computer. In that case Dream Report is using a dll to generate EXCEL files and the result is good.

If EXCEL is installed then Dream Report will use EXCEL during the generation (it is a bit longer) and EXCEL will proceed some formatting. When it detect a date, EXCEL transform it into English format MM/DD/YYYY if the day of the date is less than 13. So if you generate reports after the 13 of the month you won't see the problem.

To avoid this issue (if EXCEL is installed), you have to use an EXCEL template in which you configure the format of cells correctly. Text format if it is a text, french date format if it is a french timestamp...
