Anti virus recommendations for PcVue

Hi,

THe use of an anti virus implies some recommendations such as :

Ports to be enabled : TCP 502 (for tcp/ip commmunication protocols), TCP 1980 and all ports configured for a PcVue station(for winnet protocols)
Read/Write rights on PcVue directories and files
Disabled the real time file check (exe file check may be enabled) to avoid performances issues

Do you know others settings we should advise to follow to our customers?

I don't know the numbers but:
TCP Ports for BACNet, OPC, IECs, Lonworks...
If the project uses SQL Server in another computer then TCP Ports for SQL.

I would exclude also the scan of the Proprietary archives folder.
