Hi all,
I've a problem with busbar's configtool.exe.
1. It doesn't work on Windows 7 32 bit(my OS). I cannot launch it and received an error. see attachment. My PcVue version is ver 11.2.3015 beta
2. I tried using the demo project that comes with the demo VM. PcVue 11.1.6028. I launched the tool from Windows Explorer. Created my network and some nodes. Clicked Saved and then the app crash with the msg system.IO.DirectoryNotFound . see attachment 2
If anybody have any ideas/advice pls share. TQ

First, create the SPRs 😉
Then, take a look to the article KB210. It describes how the add-on works and provides the latest version of the tool, dll, library and documentation.
The developper in charge is Jean-Sébastien, and the support guy is Filippo.

Thanks for the advice. For my windows 7 OS running PcVue 11.2.3015 beta, I did download the tool from the KB you described. I will contact Jean-Sébastien or Filippo first before creating the SPR. Probably it was a misconfiguration in my part. TQ
