Do we have any experience with JIRA software.
For an inquiry, client needs "It is essential that each alarm automatically generates a ticket in our JIRA system."
Please suggest me a solution. Thanks

No experience on my side.
System like Jira is usually based on Web Services. PcVue is NOT Web Services client therefore the only way I can see is to go through the Manager Toolkit.

can't you send an email directly to the Jira email account?
For example, in Malaysia we are using Zendesk, if a declared user sends an email to our zendesk address then a ticket is created automatically.

CDATA provides an ADO.NET Provider for JIRA.

You can take a look at it to use it with "Universal Data Connector" available in V12.
