Long time to display Event viewer at startup

Hi

Some customers (and i saw it too) have to wait more than 30sec after a click on PcVue shortcut to see Event Viewer starting since PcVue 11.2.

Did you see it ? Do you know why ?

Hi Nico P,

Yes that's an issue we faced already and Thierry is on it.
Question:

1. Do you know the OS? So far we faced it on W2016 only...
2. Does the computer connected to Internet. So far we got this issue only when the computer is not connected...

If you can collect these information it would be very valuable for us as apparently it is a quite complex issue.

I asked my customer about it (sure it is not w2016). I am waiting for its answer.

When I saw it personally it was on W7 and I am not sure but without Internet connection.

Hi,

I think I have one configuration with 100% the long time to display the event viewer.
It is a desktop PC not connected to Internet. How can we do? What do you need to check?
