PcVue cannot launch

Hello,

one customer has met a issue that PcVue cannot launch in two similar projects. The attemp inforamtion is attached. We know that the PcVue version is 11.2.06020 and the OS is Win7. The protocol used is Bacnet. Reinstall PcVue can solve this issue, but it is not a long way for fixing it.

Do you know the possible reason based on this limited information?

Hello,

did you check that PcVue wasn't configured to run as a service application ?
