Hello,
We are facing some troubles with customers using Symantec End Point (SEP), either version 11 or 12.
- PcVue runtime is OK but the event viewer is frozen
- Sometimes after an upgrade of SEP software, PcVue can not be executed anymore
- (...)
Depending on the context, here are some workarounds:
- Deactivating Network Threat Protection (SEP 11)
- Disconnect PcVue dongle using Digi Anywhere USB driver tool to be able to exit the project
