User Account with the Advanced Security Strategy

Hello all expert,
As customers' request, I created some accounts with Advanced security strategy.(PcVue11.1）
I tried to deactivate one account then reactive it,and this account is not new, it was logged in before.
Then login(F2) this reactived account.The user account login successfully after I enter the password.
But as our Help described, after reactive the account, the password must be changed. Actually the interface to change password doesnt show up.
This makes me confused, is that the help describes not correct or it's pcvue's problem.
