Hi
One customer restarted his project and had no variables on it
After checking, he found out that his varexp.dat is 1kb...so he lost the varexp.dat content.
The logs indicate no problems for the last stop of PcVue when variables were ok in the project
I've bever seen that and I can't explain what happened.
The customers was adding some variables in the project.He did save the variables from the Application explorer
I guess there's some specific actions which may corrupt somehow the vaexp.dat in V10.0Sp1
Do you have any feedback with this kind of behavior?

Francois, a similar issue has been fixed recently. I advise you give the last 10 SP1 Update version to your customer.

Yes Nico i've just found out (SPR 17374)...
I told Sylvie that it would be important for this kind of big issue to broadcast the info to everyone...before customer lose their work (because they save too much!!!)
