Data Grid Col and Row setting for Historical and Variable Tracking mode

Hello all,

I am not able to set the column and row for Data Grid Historical and Variable Tracking mode. It seems to be set automatically based on number of data displayed. Is this normal?

I checked in PcVue Help but could not find any statement that says that row and column are set automatically for the above 2 modes, unless of course, if I have missed something. Can someone please enlighten me?

Hi Kantha,
You can set the rows/colums numbers in the General tab.

Hi Nico,

Yes I used that, but we are not able to set column and row. To be more precise, I meant, despite setting row and column from the General tab, it still gets overwritten on runtime.

My observation :

For Variable Tracking Columns are able to set by user, and it stays the same on runtime. Rows get overwritten on runtime by the number of variables.
  We are able to add more column than needed by Variable Tracking, but also able to set lesser columns.
Historical Mode Column and row set in General tab gets overwritten on runtime.
  We are not able to add any column to the grid.

I am not sure, for the historical, it may be intended behavior, but I cannot find any documentation in help for that.
