HI,
On one of the customer's systems grid viewers are not showing properly in runtime. It shows a blank area in the bottom and corner. Please refer attached images for more understanding. This blank area will show the background mimic. Alarm and Event viewer also shows the same behavior.
PcVue Version : 15.0.2 [33890]
Operating System : Windows 10 Pro, Version : 20H2, OS Build : 19042.867
Anybody knows what can cause such behavior.

Yes and it is explained in a recent knowledge base article KB1062 Custom display scaling settings on Windows.
