Our customer has designed his HMI based on a 4K resolution. But he realized that many of his customers have different resolutions for their wall screen, some quite exotic.
As we know,it’s impossible to adapt the size of the mimic to a smaller screen resolution or with a different ratio. We heard that there exist a hardware (graphic card) or software for wall screen that allows resizing at will the output of a graphic card. This will solve our HMI size issue.
Does anyone know one brand, one solution to do that?

Are you sure of that? For me it is possible with Pcvue but not with WebVue.
Do you have 1 screenshot to give us an example? If you could attach 1 mimic we could check for you.
