Hello,
It is to enable the popup behavior of mimics open from Scada-basic script and configured with the popup behavior.
Using the verb WINDOW you can open child mimic included in a parent mimic. However, even if the child mimic is configured with the popup behavior, it will not open as a popup if the "Mimic - Popup - Open by program" option is not checked.

... Would be good to read this sentence in the online help. I have created a new documentation SPR (#60124).
