Hello,
We have an issue on 1 site: We can't connect to WebVue

Config: W7 32 bits, PcVue 11.1 update 34, IE 11, Java 7u80

According the java logs it looks like an authentication issue.

The strange point is: After setup PcVue the sv32.exe is flagged by Windows to be run as administrator (you know the small shield icon). Only 1 user is declared on the system and he his on Administrators group. I have installed on this user and launch PcVue with this user.
I think it is probably related to the WebVue issue. So, first step, I want to fix this.
Did you have this issue already? How to fix that?

Nico

... no idea.

Can you try from another client computer?
With a newer version of PcVue?
With another Web Browser?

Ok i didnt mention the site is on Philippines then we can access only by team viewer.

Can you try from another client computer?
[Nico] Maybe but i didnt yet

With a newer version of PcVue?
We tried the last update...same same

With another Web Browser?
We tried with Firefox...same same

But before fixing webvue i would like fixing this 'pcvue running as admin' issue. I would bet it is related...

I guess you already checked the "Run as administrator" in the properties of sv32.exe

Ciao Nico,

maybe I'm wrong but I had a similar case and it was because my customer wrongly modified the shortcut to launch PcVue...

Basically the "Run in" box was pointing to a different folder than the one above (path to sv32.exe).

If you have a TeamViewer connection, it's another check you can do.

Hope it helps,

Thanks Filippo

I guess I am not in this case as I have the issue after PcVue setup (that I did by myself by the way!).
