Gif-properties in WebVue ( especially frame-delay)

Hello all,

here a behavior in WebVue that could be interesting for somebody. WebVue is not able to control Gif-properties (especially frame-delay) like PcVue does. So if you have a Gif with empty frame-delay information, PcVue is able to handle it and you do not see any miss-behavior. But WebVue in not able, it takes the original frame-delay information from the Gif itself. The result is, that you have a corrupted Gif in WebVue but not in PcVue.
