Graph distortion in WebVue

Hello,

Now one of our customer met two problems of WebVue:

1.Graph distortion in WebVue.
2.Text can be in vertical in PcVue,but in WebVue, it becomes horizontal.

see attachments.

Anyone met these two issues?

Hi Mark.

Point 1:
What exactly do you mean with "graph distortion"?
Do you mean that the gradient color of the tanks does not take into account more than two keypoints? This error should have already been fixed in PcVue 11.0. Which PcVue version are you using?

Point 2:
Text rotation is not supported in WebVue. That is a known limitation. Please refer to the chapter "WebServices > WebVue > Using WebVue > Designing Mimics for WebVue > Functionality available from WebVue" in the online help.

Hello Mark,

In my opinion, the "distortion" will depend on 2 parameters :

1/

1616=254 LinkMimicWebVue

2/

1616=255 MimicAdvanced

I guess the first option is checked but could you confirm you have the same resolution in the mimic advanced properties for design and current?

Thanks,I tried with PcVue 11.0, and it ok now.

The PcVue version of customer using is 10.0 SP1 16041,and what I use is 10.0 SP1 16057.
