A new topic for the old WebVue ^^

It is just to share a test regarding multi screen project on WebVue.
I have tried with DEMO_WATER project and PcVue 11.1 Update 28.
On PcVue side I have configured 2 regions and I have added one button in the Home page in order to open the ALARM mimic in the second region.
On PcVue side it opens the ALARM mimic in the middle of the screen (normal).
On WebVue side it opens the ALARM mimic at exactly the same place than the HOME page.
So the send region animation has no effect on WebVue client.

It is documented like that:
•The following animation types are not supported:
Grid Display
Recipe
Region
Timetable

So Region animation is not taken into account.
We also remember that it is not possible to configure a scada basic script when someone is login on WebVue, we only configure one mimic to open.

Any other experience you want to share? Please write here.

Hi Ludo,

I reply on this:

We also remember that it is not possible to configure a scada basic script when someone is login on WebVue, we only configure one mimic to open.

Of course we can! Just configure the web profile triggering a program on login...

Yes thank you for the correction.

Just we can't use all scada basic instructions in WebVue context.

There is a simple but expensive workaround to have WebVue client on several screens.

Simply open several web browsers, one on each screen, and connect to the WebVue server. It will open several connections but it works.
