WebVue : error Java -> Can not access web service

Hello all,
Has anybody already met that problem by using WebVue :
- the login dialogbox appears
- you enter login/password
- then error in Java console : "can not open web service", and of course no connection

I had met such a pb with W7 on Dell PC... and the installation of a "pure" (without Dell layers) windows had correct the problem. (KB501)
But in that cas it is an HP computer under WinXP sp3 (PcVue 10U1).
