Hi
How can we remove PcVue 11.2 from the registry as explain in "KB 131 - Removing PcVue manually using the Registry Editor" ?
My customer doesn't see PCVUE 11.2 anymore in Windows Program and Functionnalities but gets an error message when trying to reinstall it.
My customer succeded using a software as CCleaner
Can KB 131 be updated ?

Hello,
KB 131 does not apply to versions later than 9.0.
To uninstall later versions, use the following command:
msiexec.exe /x {a..z}
where {a..z} is the product code.
You can find the product code as explained in KB131.
A subsidiary question: why did your customer want to uninstall PcVue, if it was to reinstall it?
The installation provides functions such as Modification, Repair, Update, which work rather well 🙂

On my PC with Windows 10 I have tried to find product code as explaine in KB but I did not find it...But I just see I had to log with my admin user...
For your subsidary question : no idea ! customers sometimes do stranges operations

May be your Windows 10 is a 64 bits OS ...
The key where you can find the product codes is
- On 32bit platforms: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstall
- On 64bit platforms: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREWow6432NodeMicrosoftWindowsCurrentVersionUninstall
From PcVue 10, it is more difficult to create a list of product codes, because, there can be several code for one version.
If you have difficulty finding one, you can ask me.
