PcVue install error prerequisite

Hello,

One customer is trying to install PcVue 15.2 on a machine with Windows 10 Pro for the fisrt time.
On the step install Prerequisite he get the error '2147023278', see image "install_error.JPG".
For the fisrt time, the installation blocked when installing OPC CoreComponents Redistributable (x86) 3.0.108.41. The installation was looped at 99% with no error or crash.
The day after, we tried again and apparently OPC CoreComponents Redistributable (x86) 3.0.108.41 was installed, but clicking Continue Installtion we get this error.
I checked his installation package, it seems ok.
Any idea??

Hello, Can you collect the complete installation logs from %TEMP% directory? You can simply type %TEMP% on the folder path and it will bring you to the TEMP folder. Also to clarify, you said "install PcVue 15.2 on a machine with Windows 10 Pro for the first time", does it mean first-time installation of any supervisor software, or it had prior installation of PcVue of the previous version? Some Edit : For troubleshooting, not required complete %TEMP% folder. We only need the PcVue installation logs, that can be referred to here. PcVue 15 Installation Logs (KB1100)
