Hello,
As many of you may know, last year, a Chinese government agency announced a change in the standard for simplified Chinese characters.
In conclusion, the product you are currently using, which is equipped with simplified Chinese typeface: standard GB18030-2005, will be able to be shipped, delivered, and sold to mainland China on July 31, 2023. Up to
Products shipped, delivered, and sold to mainland China after August 1, 2023 are required to be equipped with fonts that support the new standard GB18030-2022.
Please tell me if the standard change of simplified Chinese fonts affects PcVue?

Hello Bian,
I think I can answer regarding PcVue project as I am quite confident that it would have no impact. Double checking is a must, though.
But regarding the HMI and source code implemented to display Chinese characters (Application Explorer, Application Architect, Menus, ...), only Development team can answer.

By the way, there is no hold on the current specification [TrueType Font Chinese Simplified Characters: Specification GB18030-2005], right?

I know it's hard to answer directly.
To put it another way, from a technical point of view, what are the fonts and text decoding methods used in the various Chinese displays of the PcVue Chinese version?
