Hello,I have some questions about the setting options of OPC in the [server].
A setting named [Purge pending OnDataChange]
What does this option mean, can someone help me explain.
What kind of function does it have when it is selected.

Can the OPC client and OPC server mentioned here be both PcVue sites?
If it is not checked. I think the cache will keep increasing. Could this be the cause of PcVue's crash?

Yes, if it is not ticked, I think that could be a cause of troubles.

Maybe you could refer to a probable similar case, SPR 68691 and email sent to all your team on the 28th of January 2021.
Dominique did an accurate analyse for Log Files and Dump.
