Hello everyone!

A customer has asked if there is something that can be done inside PcVue that would be similar to the attached picture.
They want to be able to write comments on their alarm actions and see the history of their comments with timestamps and the user that input it in the alarm viewer when they click on that alarm.

Can something like this be done?

Hi Alejandro,
Yes you can use the Comment feature but only in event viewer.

Ooh! I see!

Do you think there is a way to do something similiar for the Alarm Viewer?
Maybe using some kind of Scada Basic mix?

Hi

Take care in PcVue this feature supports only 40 characters : could be insufficient for your customer

Hi,

In the demo Water, there is a similar example in the Alarm Viewer, maybe it can help...
