Hello everybody,
Just to inform or remind that v12.0.13 and previous update are not able to read v15.1 licence.
I create this post because I saw this customer problem several times.

A good source is also (and simply) the Release Notes. This is exactly the kind of issues we try to track in the Section 'Known issues' of the RN.
Here is the note for this issue in particular:
License for version 15 not recognized by PcVue version 12
Some licenses shipped during Q2 2021 for version 15 are not recognized by PcVue version 12.
If you encounter the issue, update to Maintenance Release 12.0.14 or a
later Maintenance Release of version 12, or contact our sales
representative.
[Fixed in 12.0.14]
