Hello everyone. I have a question for Touchvue. I use PcVue of 15.2 to make webvue server ,server name is PCVUE04(my pc's name ). I set IP address was 192.168.1.47. I can access to webvue ( https://192.168.1.47/webclient). But when i download Touchvue in my iphone. OS15.6.1. I set Touchvue something. Alias: PCVUE04 Host address: https://192.168.1.47/webclient port:443(it is same setting of WDC) When i login Touchvue. I meet some error was " Error：runtime error：Bad Request" So. I want to ask something. It was my Setting was wrong? Or other something ? BR Bian

Hello everyone. I accessed Touchvue. When i change Host address from https://192.168.1.47/webclient to 192.168.1.47. I get it .

Hi Bian,
Do take note that this is not only applicable for TouchVue, but it applies for SnapVue as well.
Both of the application requests for 'Host Address', so it is not necessarily an IP address, but it can be a Domain Name System (DNS) as well.
One good example is the PcVue Web Demo which uses the hostname 'demo.pcvuesolutions.com'.
