Hello everyone,

To try to answer a customers questions I was hoping you could help me.
In the PcVue references related to transport projects around the world, there are some features in those project that we am interested in.

Were the following features done using PcVue integrated tools? Which tools?
- Time tables (Dacca, Adelaide subway)
- Itinerary management (Adelaide subway)
- Schedule control (Metro New Delhi, Saidabad Joydepbur Metro, Istanbul Metro, Mexico City Metro)

With PcVue features, what do you think would be the best way to control:
- Train frequency
- Time stopped by trains at each station
- Departure times of each train on each station
(Assuming we have all the information of their location)
I realize that this is probably very complex, so just a general direction of what PcVue tools would be best is good enough for us 🙂

Thanks a lot!
Best regards,
Alejandro

Hi Alejandro, I had a good experience (years ago!) with these features and I can tell you it is not really simple. Actually it depends the line. We did such of features with PcVue features but for very basic train lines (single track line, no more than 2 platforms per stations). A good example is the complete train network in Jakarta (20 years ago!) When the line/network is bigger it becomes very complex and we reach the PcVue limits. A good example is in our Guiness Book here: PcVue VBA code lines record! Now, the system integrator is using an external treatment and manage an interface with PcVue. Usually Manager Toolkit because it needs performance. You can call me if you want to talk about more in details. Nico
