Hello guys , i have question from customer.
He has not very big project, maybe 500 variables , 1 protocol.
Firstly he used SQL data base and HDS but appeared some problems after 1 week PcVue writes that RAM memory usage more 90 %(95) and next PcVue crash. After reload PcVue work correctly but only 1 week.
Customer start to use Proprietary unit, but now he has the same situation but after 2-3 weeks.
I saw project and about archive unit everything is fine. variables writes every 5 - 15 sec.
Where can be mistake ? i saw that he has a lot of mistake in Log Viewer(about Scada Basic and wrong variables) does it affect to RAM memory?

Hello Roman,
I did not check in detail, but I did not find any SvCrashReport. There is no Hang report for recent dates as well. That is weird in my opinion. From recent dates, there are only AIExplorer.Crash.Report which is indicating there were crash on Application Explorer.
As for the memory usage, did you check using SvAppScan if the memory utilization increase with each PcVue restart?

Hello Roman,
As discussed by email channel, what you describe has nothing to deal with archiving.
If there is an abnormal RAM consumption, it could be either because of what has been developed in the project or some protocol issues.
If so, first focus on what has been configured in the customer's project.
