PcVue Crashes after opening a userform

Hi everybody,

One of our customer meets a problem when he tries to open a vba userform.
With an empty project, in the vba editor, if he tries to add a userform from the insert menu.
OS : W7 SP1
PcVue 11.1
Office 2016 is installed on the same computer and there is no problem from the vba module of Excel...

Of course, I don't reproduce the problem on my computer.

Any idea ?

hmmm difficult...

Register Components
Uninstall/install PcVue

No sv32.exception file?

Actually, the customer told me the problem occurs on two others computers.
I un/install the vba component only but the problem remains.

No exception trace.
