I have a customer who require to print trendview to file where he need to specify the file name automatically using XPS format.
Before he was using PDF Creator and could do it but his customer does not want to install extra software.
Any idea?

That's the best I found. "dead link" But it looks not working in x64 OS. Otherwise your customer must install another software....like Win2PDF...

Nice picture Manu with your daughter.

I think there is a printer declared on seven: "Microsoft XPS DOcument Writer".
It doesn't work if you declare it as default printer?
Maybe you can use it via VBA also?

No way. The problem is to avoid the "Save As" dialog to select a file name.
I understood the customer wants to have an automatic file naming.

Yes that is correct. There should be no input needed from the user since this file is save every week at a given time.
I'll check the msdn article Nico.
Thanks all for your post.

PS : Ludo I just change the picture since this is a professionnal forum. So no daughter's picture anymore 😉
