Hello friends, I found the below statement from PcVue help for V12 and V15.

5696=997-b732a7d958e267dc6ad412299f6cc123

I tested it and it still works for me with Alarm Viewer, for instance. Do you know if it is a mistake, or there is a specific scenario limitation?

Hello Kantha,

Here is what is displayed in old versions.

5697=999-9690728a7d44a50f729137e117e015c9

Using PcVue 10.0 help there is no such mode 5 and it could explain why it is back again, at least in version 11.2 help but with this limitation written.
The explanation could be why mode 5 was officialized then removed. Because it was not compatible with mimics containing Macro animations.
Then it was probably fixed but the limitation remained in the help until now.
What does not make sense is, trying with version 7.20 and 9.0 on my side, it seems to work properly.

I think we need to ask Dev team

On the team-doc side, there is no clue when and why this was added.
This warning may refer to an actual limitation but very badly expressed, or could be plainly wrong.
Let team-doc@pcvuesolutions.com know once it will have been checked with the R&D so that we fix the help.
