Hi,

Is there anybody who meets trouble with geo-tags detection when they are Wifi access point ? A customer complains it is not automatic with PcVue v15.2.4 and SnapVue 1.0.40577.
The customer needs from homepage to clic (or touch) the little antenna to refresh the detection.

Hi,
-is it a new problem? (I mean, maybe before he was using a previous version and everything was right)
-Where the cell phone is located regarding the physical Access Point? far away? If he goes closer; is it better?
-When he expect to detect the Access Point form SnapVue; before checking in SnapVue; does he have it it the Wifi AP list of the cell Phone?

Hi Gregoire,

Indeed, it is a new problem, the customer upgrade the version from v15.0 dev [32074] to v15.2.4.
The customer told me the cell phone was able to detect the wifi access point correctly.
I asked him to move and try to get other access point, I'm waiting for his answer.

Hi,
I talked to Anton for another subject and I asked him regarding this ticket.

He told me, he corrected a bug he had detected on his side and seems to be what the customer faced.
But it the correction is at SnapVue level and the version is not released yet (version available only for testers).

So the customer shoud wait the next application update (I don't know when exactly)
